About Milena

Mylene Goodman began her artistic career at Hornsey College of Art, studying Fine Art. Mylene then went to Milan, Italy to train as a Shoe Designer. It was here that Mylene was given the name Milena, which became her professional name.

After working in that field she developed an interest in ceramics and took a range of courses at West Dean College, The Camden Arts Centre and finally Weald College, where she gained a City and Guilds Diploma.

For 15 years Milena worked in her studio in Hertfordshire. Then, in 2006, she opened a small arts centre, where, while continuing with her own work, she started to teach.

2013 has seen Milena move to a private studio in Whetstone, North London, in which she will continue to run the small friendly classes, which have been so successful. She will also continue to work to further her own skills and develop her artistic vision.

Art Classes

The small, friendly classes for adults in painting, drawing and sculpture, have transferred to the new studio/workshop, and are ideal for those who now have the time and interest to broaden their skill and knowledge.

Beginners are welcome, no previous experience necessary. All you need is an open mind and a sense of adventure.
